Categorisation[edit]

This has been changed by various people many times in the past (by myself also), but molecular modelling should be in Category:Theoretical chemistry and not Category:Computational chemistry. There are concepts in modelling that don't involve computation, and it would be wrong to have it in both categories, since one is a sub of the other. Karol 18:57, 13 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Now, I utterly agree. Thank you for making it clear. But see Talk:Protein-protein docking and Talk:Theoretical chemistry. There are users who think that their field of research within molecular modelling is computational chemistry but not theoretical chemistry. Vb11:48, 14 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Software[edit]

Should software be placed in this category? There is a molecular modelling software category also. User:tbalius 08:52, 01 February 2011
