Lists moved from Category:Lists of musical instruments[edit]

This is still not very neat, but it's a lot neater.

These lists are not only now in one place, but more important they are mostly sorted logically. Previously, they were nearly all in Category:Lists of musical instruments under Hornbostel-Sachs, with no finer sorting than that. Now, if the title gives a number, they are sorted by that number.

There are still some random DEFAULTSORT lines which will affect the articles' sorting in other categories, but not in this one as the numeric sorting is now explicit for this category, and few articles are in any other category yet (they probably all should be). These DEFAULTSORT lines would be a good thing to clean up, but not a high priority IMO.

And more important there are some duplicates, and there are some random article titles, and most important, there are huge gaps in the coverage.
