Sorry, but Cécilia Ciganer-Albeniz, ex-Sarkozy, is not Romanian. Her father - of Rroma origins and a convert to Judaism - was born in Bessarabia (eastern Moldavia), at the time a province within the Russian empire. It was only 20 years after his birth that Bessarabia was incorporated to Romania.
