Wrong Category![edit]

I am here to say that Denmark does not have any islands in the Baltic Sea, except perhaps Bornholm and Christians Ø. The Islands mentioned here are all located in the sea of Kattegat.

The Baltic Sea is completely separate from this sea. In salinity, in biology, flora and fauna, geography and in water currents, etc.

This category should be closed and all the islands moved to the category 'Danish islands in The Kattegat', if the categpry 'Islands of Denmark' is not enough.

Currently, our article on Kattegat defines it as a bay in the Baltic Sea. Not as a sea in its own right. Dimadick (talk) 19:00, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

hello. It should be corrected in the near future. I might do it myself if I find the time. Btw I have been more enlightened on the subject since my first post above. The Baltic is considered to stretch south of Zealand and Funen and to Als, covering the entire northern coast of Germany. This implies that several of the southern Danish islands are in fact located in the Baltic. How many is an open question. I will provide proper references of course.
