Scope[edit]

What exactly is the scope/purpose of this category?

Which of these types of films is it supposed to include?

Films telling a story focused on the holiday of Christmas.
Films that have "Christmas" or a related phrases in the title.
Films that are set during the end of December, whether the holiday is the focus or not.
Films that are traditionally show during the Christmas season.
Films that were first released during that season.

I'd say it should be ones that deal directly with the holiday in some way. It definitely should not include films released during the season but that have no mention of Christmas whatsoever. And I would exclude films like 1941 and Die Hard where it isn't important to the plot. --Thetrick (talk) 14:09, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
