How about merging Category:Covered bridges in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with this? It seems like a specific type of bridge in a single county is not the best way to categorize things. I would understand if there were 3 or 4 counties that had qiute a bit of covered bridges. Cacophony 23:25, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

PA bridge category confusion[edit]

Hi PA bridge people, I just caused a bit of extra work for folks by removing the PA bridges category from several Pittsburgh area bridge articles. A glance at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Bridges shows that the current policy is to include bridge articles in both the PA bridge cat and other cats like toll bridges or Pittsburgh bridges. So...what about the Lancaster county covered bridges? Ought those articles be in the PA bridge cat too?

I would say that category should be deleted entirely. None of the covered bridges in Lancaster County seem to be noteworthy. Cacophony 04:27, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
