I agree. I'd also like to see articles on "Mechanical failure" (e.g. Eastern Airlines Flight 611) and "Mechanical error" (e.g. AeroPeru Flight 603, American Airlines Flight 191, etc.). Perhaps also one on "Design and manufacturing error" (e.g. Swissair Flight 111, Turkish Airlines Flight 981, etc.). --70.72.19.133 06:35, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
