Barabad (Persian: برآباد, also Romanized as Barābād and Borābād)^[3] is a village in Pain Khaf Rural District of Sangan District, Khaf County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,501 in 782 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 4,097 people in 1,005 households.^[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,452 people in 1,154 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
