Bahrabad (Persian: بهراباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Nazil Rural District of Nazil District, Taftan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 314 in 90 households, when it was in the former Nukabad District of Khash County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 129 people in 37 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 353 people in 90 households.[2]
In 2018, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Taftan County, which was divided into three districts of two rural districts each, with Nukabad as its capital and only city.[4]
