Plot[edit]
The film begins with Jagapati falling for rapacious & vainglory Urmila, who works as a lecturer in a college. Jagapati seeks to acquire her love when, fortuitously, he acquaints Balu in an accident, a newly appointed lecturer at Urmila's college. So, Jagapati enrolls in his position, but the truth comes forward, and he is arrested. During this, Urmila learns Jagapati is the son of a multi-millionaire, Pichiswara Rao; thus, she cons him into a marital lest his parents stop him. However, Pichiswara Rao discerns her character, and he shunts them. At Present, Jagapati picks up a job in a company headed by Nisha. Aside from that, Urmila makes all efforts to goad her husband to mend fences with his father. In that process, she throws her husband into huge debts, which leads to turbulence, and Urmila appeals for divorce. In the court, she accepts herself as greedy because of her mother's life, who died out of poverty as the daughter of a millionaire for marrying a destitute. Here, the judge rejects her claim as they are newly married. They must wait one year to file for divorce. Forthwith, he makes them live under one roof under the surveillance of an Aaya Mandhara along with the seven commandments. Eventually, Jagapati's bestie Babji & his wife Sujikutti accompanies them. Just after, Urmila gets back her grandfather's property of 1 crore via a staunch Tirupati & his son Pasupati, stipulating Urmila and her husband sign the documents. Here, Urmila tries to tame Jagapati, which is vain, so she forges Babji as her spouse. Now, a confusing drama begins involving many characters: Abu, a thief, is behind Urmila for money, Sujikutti is posed as Jagapati's sister, and Nisha is his wife. Pasupati flirts Sujikutti. The rest of the story is a comic tale of how Jagapati teaches a lesson to Urmila, whether she will be happy after winning Rs.1 crore or realizes her mistake.
