Andre Townsend (born October 8, 1962) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive end for seven seasons with the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Broncos in the second round of the 1984 NFL draft.[1] He started in Super Bowl XXI and Super Bowl XXII.
Townsend played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels after a standout high school career for the Aberdeen, Mississippi High School Bulldogs.
