Currently, 6,507 of a total of 6,832,352 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,726 articles (about 1 in 171.987) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,233 articles (about one in 147.781) which are either good or featured.
