As slick and good-looking as this graph is, it is fairly useless when it comes to conveying the information that makes it interesting. For most of the graphs, only a fraction of the graph can be seen. I would suggest making a more traditional-style line chart, as this would carry the information better; it would hide nothing and the figures would be more easily comparable.
