Čeština: Vlajka obce Svinařov: Modrý list se dvěma ondřejskými kříži, žlutým a bílým. Kosmé rameno žlutého vychází z první čtvrtiny horního okraje listu do čtvrté pětiny vlajícího okraje a šikmé rameno ze čtvrté pětiny žerďového okraje do čtvrté čtvrtiny horního okraje. Kosmé rameno bílého kříže vychází z druhé pětiny žerďového okraje do čtvrté čtvrtiny dolního okraje a šikmé rameno z první čtvrtiny dolního okraje do druhé pětiny vlajícího okraje. Šikmé rameno žlutého kříže překrývá kosmé rameno bílého a šikmé rameno bílého kříže překrývá kosmé rameno žlutého. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
