Description
English: Congressman Steve Rothman rung the opening bell and started trading on the floor of the 132 year-old New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). Rothman was joined at the platform by NYMEX President, James Newsome. NYMEX is the world’s largest physical commodity futures exchange and trading forum for energy and precious metals.
