Čeština: Vlajka obce Mysločovice. List tvoří červený žerďový pruh široký jednu třetinu délky listu s bílým středovým křížem a modré pole se třemi bílými klíny na horním okraji listu s vrcholy v jedné třetině šířky listu; pod prostředním klínem žlutá osmicípá hvězda. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
