fair use rationale for image use on Jan Opletal[edit]

I believe that this image is usable on Wikipedia under fair use policies and guidelines, because:

• It depicts a deceased individual who wasn't well known before his death, very few images depicting him are available, and no free images can be created;
• It is of a low resolution and any reproductions will be of inferior quality.
