Portrait of Agatha Petronella Hartsen (1814-78) in wedding dress on occasion of her wedding to Jan van der Hoop on 17 March 1841. Half length, sitting on a balcony overlooking a panoramic landscape. In her right had she is holding a parasol, in her left hand a lorgnette on a gold chain. To the right a garden vase with flowers stands on the balustrade.
