Currently, 6,508 of a total of 6,833,004 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,040) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,725 articles (about 1 in 172.008) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,233 articles (about one in 147.795) which are either good or featured.
