With a little bit of cleanup, this would make an excellent FP. Good EV, irreplacable, meets size requirements, quality scan, no copyvio issues. Plus, Florida is lacking in FPs.

I'm no expert on these, but looks to be a lot of banding across the image. I think it would be hard to fix to an acceptable standard, and it's a pretty small file/res to be working on. --jjron (talk) 06:51, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
