Uploaded by Halaqah (notify | contribs). CV, image seems to be a collage of professional images which are likely copyrighted, no copyright info is given other than that the user created the collage. Image is a composite of fair use images already on wikipedia thus violating the terms of their use such as the Vanessa Williams album cover which may only be used in the pages regarding her album or herself as is fair use, but not in an article about black people. Further, the terms of the tuareg image states that the copyright holder must be properly attributed which he is not.-- Strothra 02:04, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

There's no article about this book and it's only mentioned briefly in Travolta's article. The image is orphaned, so it doesn't seem like valid fair use. --88.134.44.127 16:36, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

It is orphaned only because the nominator removed it from the article, which seems somewhat disingenuous, and it could be restored by a revert at any point. (As opposed to truly orphaned images, which were never used, or were removed from an article long before.) It's true that the image is used in a section of the John Travolta article about the book, rather than the book's own article, but the rationale is identical. I could simply revert the removal to eliminate the orphan justification, but that would be a little closer to WP:POINT than I care to go; however, I'd prefer to discuss this on the merits. --MCB 19:06, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
