Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Secret Mountain Fort Awesome, original research and proper date submissions[edit]

Hi, I recently reverted your edit at Secret Mountain Fort Awesome because you added a TV series end date without a proper reference. Such submissions are usually considered original research. Additionally, when you submit dates for US shows, please use the American date format (MM/DD/YYYY). Further, please do not revert edits without addressing or resolving the issues that were brought up in the first revert. The article's talk page is a good place to open these discussions. Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Secret Mountain Fort Awesome. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If you have a problem with the idea that series end dates should require sources, take it up with WikiProject Television. While it may seem intuitive to you and to me that a show that hasn't aired new episodes in over a year could be considered "ended", we don't make edits on intuition, we make them with facts. Diff: [1] As previously advised, Wikipedia does not accept personal opinion, speculation, or original research in articles. Statements such as "The show is cancelled and it hasn't aired since March 2013. No ifs or buts." is inappropriate confirmation for article facts. Futon Critic is not an acceptable source for a series end date if they assume, rather than confirm, the cancellation. The source you provided states that the series is assumed to be cancelled.
