Direct Action Committee

Thanks for your work on this article and some of the people associated with it. I agree that more work is needed on anti-nuclear groups. I did a lot of work on the early years of CND, but the 1980s, which was more important, is still not well represented. Marshall46 (talk) 16:28, 28 October 2009 (UTC)

Colin Eaborn

If you want to know why he's "especially notable", that would be because he was the Dean and Pro-Vice-Chancellor of science who built the department, and got it to the stage were two nobel laureates were willing to work there - Harry Kroto would not, according to all sources, have been attracted to the university and able to do his research without Eaborn's structural reforms. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
