Comment: Sources look bad. Example as follow:

Citation number 28: only quote, no information about the book/source
Citation number 34, 35, and 36: What make museums.cnd.org a WP:RS?
Some refs are broken, such as citation number 63 (no page),64 (no page).etc.
Citation number 58: What make www.people.com.cn a Third-party Source?

This article is not ready for GA consideration. While I don't know when the {{fact}} tags were added, but they are by themselves grounds for quick-fail. Additionally, there are still large amounts (whole sections) of uncited text. The article needs copyediting for grammar and to improve the readability; there are too many short (1-2 sentence) paragraphs. I do not expect this sort of work to be completed in the time normally allotted for a GA review. (I do appreciate the effort that's gone into the article thus far.)
