Mohammed Golam Farooq Pinku is Bangladeshi politician and parliament member of Jatiya Sangsad elected from the Lakshmipur-3.[1] He is serving as the president of Lakshmipur district Awami League since 2015.[2]

By-election[edit]

The seat was declared vacant as A. K. M. Shahjahan Kamal died. A by-election was held in this seat on November 5 [3] He was elected by getting 120,599 votes, his closest candidate Mohammad Rakib Hossain got 3,846 votes.[4][5]
