The taskbar says July 13, RTM was after that. Althepal (talk) 17:44, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well this isnt the best place to ask about copyright issues but I dont see any approval from microsoft yet as to all the other windows articles, this screen shot that is current now is the new style desktop as aposed to the screen shot of the candidate version realsed but some smart cookie has jumped the gun in an effort to try be the first to get it on there in my opinion.... What? This is actually the RTM version, someone got their hands on it early. Would it be nice for someone out there to buy a copy of 7 Ultimate for a powerful computer, clean-install it, set the screen to low res, and snap a PNG? Yes. Is it necessary? Not so sure. In any event this depicts the subject of the articles it is being used in and as such qualifies as fair use, meaning we don't need Microsoft to give us the green light to use it. Actually, this screenshot was taken before RTM (build 7600.16385) leaked. This must be build 7600.16384. - Josh (talk | contribs) 22:31, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
