The content this gif is taken from comes from a youtube video with sparse source information. It does not quote any source other than a Facebook page with similarly sparse information. Neither sources reference the USDE, which would be the United States Department of Education (United States Department of Energy is DOE).

Moreover, this video and the gif derived from it cannot be from 1955; It has to be a later enhancement of a released source or a fabrication based on released source material. It does not match any official release I'm able to identify. I am unable to determine a source for this later work. Would this work be covered under copyright? Should this be replaced with materials from the properly sourced, official release from the DOE?
