Link to source[edit]

Why is there no link to the source image? In the past film posters file pages have included a link to a higher resolution source such as the IMP Awards website.

I also explained in my edit summary that anyone attempting to write a proper description of the image to help with accessibility, would need a more detailed version of the image.

I made a good faith edit to include a link and this was twice reverted. The edit failed to follow the simple rules and explain in the edit summary. After a second rollback and again with no proper explanation, a comment was made on my Talk page claiming my edit was not constructive but this is still not a proper explanation. My edit was clearly in good faith and providing an external link to a higher resolution source, and my reason was clearly explained in my edit summary. Furthermore I was threatened with a ban for my good faith edits!

If the rules have changed please show me the new rules where it is explained that image sources are not allowed. -- 109.79.180.20 (talk) 15:58, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
