This is a "mirror" picture, i.e. it is published the wrong way round. They appear to be shaking hands with their left hands, the mayor's jacket top pocket is on the right of the jacket instead of the left, his waistcoat is buttoned right over left instead of left over right. 86.151.66.217 (talk) 10:51, 14 September 2013 (UTC)
