I reject all proposed rationales for using this image in any of Wikipedia's articles. I don't dispute the fact that this image is indeed "iconic". However, claiming all iconic images as "fair use" isn't a good policy. It's like saying photographers have the right to their property unless their work is so amazing that's iconic, in which case, it's OK to use it without any compensation at all (i.e. to steal it).
