This orphaned talk page, subpage, image page, or similar is not eligible for speedy deletion under CSD G8 as it has been asserted to be useful to Wikipedia.

Stefan2 you have tagged this file for deletion per CSD F7 (replaceable fair use). I agree that all pictures of living persons are replaceable. They are NOT always replaceable with free images, however. I cannot find a free image for this person, no matter which of the free image or media files I go to. If you could direct me to the source of one then I will not contest the deletion of this one, however, I doubt that you could find one. I searched very thoroughly. It is hard to do a page on someone when the reader has no idea what the subject looks like. I look forward to a free source of images for scientists and doctors such as this person, who is currently living and a well respected researcher. As long as the person is still alive, no one needs to show that free images exist, only that it is possible to take more photos of the person. There are plenty of ways to travel from Australia to Denmark. Anyway, WP:NFCC#1 does not require the image to be replaceable by you personally. Stefan2, I feel that you aren't perhaps serious when you say such things as "There are plenty of ways to travel from Australia to Denmark." That is patently ridiculous, and I don't feel you are being productive by making inane suggestions involving thousands of dollars and days of travel. There may be people who live in Denmark who have photos of her, but considering I just wrote the article, I doubt that they will be creating a freely licensed replacement in the next few years. I find your reasoning frivolous and unhelpful, and whilst every other editor I have spoken with has been courteous and helpful, I find that you are neither. I also feel that since you decided to flag 3 separate pages of mine, all on female danish scientists, that the randomness factor has rather receded from your intervention. You are actively looking to see if you can flag my pages, and I feel that perhaps you should make a point to not monitor them in the future, as you clearly have a problem with either the content or me. I do appreciate that being an editor must be difficult at times, but I feel that you have not remained objective with your advice. Therefore, I still dispute your flagging of this image. I'm not sure why you think that it would be more difficult to travel to Denmark to take a photo of this person than it would be to travel to some other country to take a photo of some other random person. For example, the article Kim Jong-un has no photo because it's possible to travel to North Korea, and the article Henk Kuijpers has no photo because it is possible to travel to the Netherlands. --Stefan2 (talk) 12:39, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure why you think I have the resources to travel to Denmark to take a photo, or indeed the will to do so. This is wikipedia, where people contribute voluntarily, not some high powered heavily funded photo shoot half a world away. Other editors have been very helpful, suggesting other possible sources, and I have gained some great insights from them. They have been encouraging and willing to discuss ways of complying with Wiki. I find your style truly discouraging, pedantic and impractical. Perhaps it might help you to talk with other editors about your style of interaction. I see from your talkpage that I am not the only person to find you this way. Why exactly do you think that it is more difficult to go to Denmark to take a photo of this person than to go to North Korea to take a photo of Kim Jong-un or to go to the Netherlands to take a photo of Henk Kuijpers? Why do you think that this person is any different? People visit Denmark all of the time. I visit Denmark several times per year, which is evidence that it is perfectly possible to travel to Denmark. --Stefan2 (talk) 10:57, 7 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
