This is the logo of the Tamil Tigers, a defunct terrorist organization. As the Tamil Tigers were never a legal entity of a country signatory to the Paris or Berne Conventions, they could not own intellectual property. --John Nagle (talk) 19:59, 20 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
