Fair Use

I think this image might be acceptable under fair use (I don't usually handle fair use stuff, but I'll give this a shot based on what I've read). It's only for Chagall Geuvara, and I don't know of any free pictures of the band, as it did little touring and broke up years ago. The image is from the Chagall Guevara (album) CD booklet.
