The copyright holder has refused to grant permission for the use of this image. While the image might be allowable under US fair use, Wikipedia is not a US-only service and the copyright is not a US copyright. I don't see how we can continue to use the image. --Duncan (talk) 16:32, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
- Our standard request for permission says "We can only use your material if you are willing to grant permission for it to be used under terms of the GNU Free Documentation License." Since this permission has been declined, I an even more sure we should delete this image. I am submitting it for deletion. --Duncan (talk) 16:37, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

- It's appropriately used under U.S. Fair Use law, and also satisfies Wikipedia's own somewhat more stringest criteria for the inclusion of non-free content. If you want to clarify this, raise it at WP:Media Copyright Questions. If, having consulted there, you still think the image should not be here, then go through the appropriate steps as set out at WP:Files for deletion.
