Fair-Use Rationale[edit]

This is the logo of WPKL-FM in Uniontown, PA and WKPL-FM in Ellwood City, PA (they are dual simulcasting stations). Since it is a radio station logo, on the fair-use version is available and no free-use versions can be used. The logo is from the joint WPKL/WKPL website. - SVRTVDude ^(VT) 07:23, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
