Description
English: This transmitter building was constructed in 1940 in Cary, North Carolina for Raleigh, North Carolina radio station WPTF, and was still in use by that station at the time this photograph was taken. The non-directional transmitting tower used during daytime operation, built in 1948, is directly behind the building. The address is 833 East Chatham Street, Cary, North Carolina.
