I don't get why a fair use rationale is needed for a straightforward logo, but here we go:
- No other picture can give the same information as this logo.
- As the picture itself has no value beyond brand recognition, publication of it can only increase brand recognition, and would not adversely affect the copyrighted media.
- The size of the media should not matter in this case; its size has no bearing on piracy. This logo has no monetary value for reproductions, etc.
- The logo has previously been published.
- It's encyclopedic for our article on Virgin Unite.
- It meets policy requirements.
- It's used in Virgin Unite
- It contributes significantly to the article, identifying the subject of the article.
- It is used only in the article namespace.
- It is attributed correctly. It's fair use in Virgin Unite only, because it identifies the subject of that article.
