Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The image may well be free to distribute, but am unable to ascertain that. The byline for the image states that it was taken during her processing at her trial which was held on 14 May, 1923 in the Białystok District Court. While it indicates that the trial was widely covered and there was coverage in the Vilnius newspaper "Our Life" (Lithuanian: Нашае жыцьцё) the article does not specifically state in what newspaper the photograph was published. There may be images available in Belarus, but I have no access to same.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Sole use on biographical sketch of subject.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Image being used to improve and enhance recognition of a biographical subject.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 23 January 1981
