This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of a television series;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
• it illustrates the episode in question and aids commentary on the plot outline
• The "tombstone" gags are discussed in depth in the article, and the image shows what the opening shot of the first Treehouse of Horror episode looked like, thus aiding in the commentary and helping show those who have not seen The Simpsons what the "tombstone gags" look like.
• There is no known replaceable non-fair use image.
