Description
English: In 2005 the champion California torreya was in decline along Scott Creek north of Santa Cruz. This is the base of the 2 photos taken by Connie Barlow in June 2005. The other photo shows the top. Another champion was nominated in 2013. The person in the photo is Lee Klinger, founder of "Sudden Oak Life" in California.
