• it is a low resolution copy of an LP cover;
• it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the LP in any way;
• no free alternative is available;
• it is being used to illustrate an article on the recording in question;
• its low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on a CD or LP.
