Summary[edit]

Starlink Project logo. Copyright, Council for the Central Laboratory of the Research Councils. Original author was Starlink Contract Programmer Martin Clayton, created in 1995 or 1996 first seen in Starlink Bulletin 17. The Project has now terminated.
