Description
English: Sereno Elmer Brett (1891–1952) was a United States Army officer who served in both world wars and played a key, if less recognized, role in the development of armored warfare. A graduate of Oregon State University (1916), he commissioned as an infantry officer that year before transferring to the Tank Corps in 1918.
