Summary

Description The Robert Morris Building at 919 Walnut Street between S. 9th and S. 10th Street in Center City, Philadelphia is the location of Associated Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ASB, founded in 1874 as Pennsylvania Working Home for Blind Men, which merged in 1983 with Volunteer Services for the Blind, the Information Center for the Blind and the Nevil Institute for Rehabilitation and Services; ASB has been located here since 1975) and the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped Free Library of Philadelphia.
