Summary

Description The South Korean frigate Apnex (62), formerly the U.S. Tacoma-class frigate USS Gladwyne (PF-62) after an attack of five North Korean Yak fighters, off the coast of Korea on 26 April 1951. One Yak was shot down and another was damaged. A U.S. cruiser is visible in the background.
