English: Princess Mary Henrietta Stuart, Princess of Orange-Nassau (1631-1660) [ previously: Princess Elizabeth, Princess Royal, Abbess of Hervorden (Hertford) (1618-1680)] by Gerrit van Honthorst (1590-1656). Painted oval. Signed "G.Honthorst",GH in monogram. A half-length portrait to right, wearing a green dress joined in front with pearl clasps, a pearl necklace in her hair and another, with large pendant pearl, round her neck. Gilt wood frame with beading and guilloche bands.
