This photograph is being used as the primary means of visually identifying the band that is the subject of the article, and hence contributes significantly to the article. Its inclusion here is consistent with Mercury Records' purpose in distributing the photo in the first place; the label's intention was that the photograph would appear in articles about Pee Shy and its new album. |
