Description
English: From 1787 to 1940, Seruyan Regency and its surroundings were colonized like the rest of Indonesia. Then, in 1941, the Japanese Empire seized the Dutch East Indies from the Netherlands, causing clashes and colonialism for the second time to be experienced by Indonesia. Pemboewan then merged into the Dutch Puppet State, Great Dayak. and continued by Seruyan District. This is just a small part of the maps available at DB39.1, 1861.
