This one is a detail of a much larger snapshot image in a book by her husband, credited to John "Rambo" Stevens, her husbands manager. The file has no commercial value, and there is no free alternative. It has low resolution/fidelity (halftone is visible) and there for it is not marketable. Its use will not harm the photographer copyright owner, nor Forster's heirs.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	For educational purposes only, as a likeness of the person depicted for use only in the infobox of the biographic article on her.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The file has no commercial value, and there is no free alternative.
