Low resolution?

Yes, scaled down 50%. The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original broadcast, or the web-resolution version available online. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable for re-use as promotional material or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original work.

Purpose of use

To illustrate the discussion of the ad's structure. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work of which it is a portion. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to provide a visual reference. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original work, namely the directors provision of filmed promotional material to market Nike, Inc. products to the public.
